critic/winery review: Rich, fruit forward cherry flavors, soft tannins, a
medium body and a smooth velvety finish. Pairs well with creamy soups, salmon,
and savory pork dishes
My review: Smells
sweet and very fruity. The midpallet taste is a mix of hot spice and baking
spices. The first taste is very fruity, sort of jammy jello-y. It’s quite good.
Definitely the best red I’ve ever had. The spicy-ness dulls nicely the more you
drink making the wine even more drinkable. Very accessible. I’m sad I didn’t
buy a bottle.
CONCLUSION: Would buy!
Not tasted with food
